Redha is a seasoned senior executive and board member with depth of experience in management, strategic communication, media, and public policy in Saudi Arabia and globally. An accomplished entrepreneur, Redha has, in addition to BitMal, founded several tech startups. Redha is the Chairman of ROAA Media Ventures, a visionary holding company at the forefront of Saudi Arabia’s rapidly evolving media and entertainment industry.
Prior to establishing ROAA Media Ventures, Alhaidar was the President of the General Commission of Audiovisual Media, Saudi Arabia’s media industry regulatory authority. He also worked at the Capital Market Authority, Saudi Arabia General Investment Authority, and other key government agencies and national committees in the Kingdom.
Redha was also a Board member of Misk Foundation, an organization empowering Saudi youth to become active participants in the future economy. He was the former Chairman of Manga Production, an animation house and video games developer and served as a Board Member of Tihama, an Advertising, Public Relations and Marketing Company.

Souad has more than twenty years of experience with Andersen, Ernst & Young, the public service arms of Chemonics, Bearing Point, Deloitte Consulting LLP and UN agencies. Prior to co-founding BitMal, she worked with the World Bank and IFC for seven years in Washington DC.
Souad holds a Master in Management from Boston University, a Master in Public administration from the Harvard Kennedy School and is the recipient of the Kuwait Foundation Fellowship for Outstanding Leaders administered by the Middle East initiative at the Belfer Centre / Harvard Kennedy School. Souad studied and worked in France, Belgium, US, Tunisia, Lebanon, Egypt and Jordan. She was the president of the Harvard Arab Alumni Association, a non for profit association accounting for more than 4000 Harvard alumni.
